A L Booth
A L Booth is a highly accomplished author of seven novels, three of which were published by Penguin Random House, including her debut novel Stillwater Creek. She is ANU Professor Emeritus of Economics, has a PhD from the LSE and spent over two decades living and working in the UK before returning to her native Australia.
Good Reading wrote, “Who could not be charmed by Stillwater Creek? I loved the characters, the scenery, the dramas, and the sense of Australia as it once was.”
Booth’s first novel with Ventura is Death at Booroomba. It is coming August 2025.
